Refund Policy

1. Refund Period

We offer partial refunds within 10 days of delivery. After this period, we cannot offer you a refund. A percentage of the original purchase price will be reimbursed, rather than processing a complete return and full reimbursement. 

2. Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a partial refund, the following conditions must be met:

• The item must be defective or damaged upon arrival

You can choose to receive your refund as store credit or to your original payment method. Processing time is 7 business days.

5. Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Only the product cost will be refunded.
